Hi Carol and all

Your question is well timed as we have just had a meeting of our facilitation
team today and this was one of the items discussed ie what might the student
facing parts of these websites look like? Should we re-consider new
iterations of things like Bookbackchat, Writers' Window, Readers' Cafe, Barb
Wired and Read Hot or should we be thinking very differently?

I'd be interested in the views of this community.

Kind Regards

According to the English Online web site, the Book backchat and other
features we used to have are no longer available, and were under
consideration as to being reintroduced - I'd be keen to know their status.

Hi all
I have used Book backchat many times over the years. I have have it has
worked really well in many different situations. I have used it with a
whole primary class, with small groups and have used it for individuals in
a small country school. Give it a go it is worth while.
